High Performance Program (Limited to 25 and 4 goalies) U13/U15/U17/U19)

• COED: We found over the last 1.5 years that coed sessions really helped enhanced the player development experience and growth rate of skills at all ages, players will placed in groups that will challenge them to get outside their comfort zone

Daily Schedule : 

1 hr of Lacrosse Development and 30 mins of Athletic Development and game play each session
