The Shooter vs Goalie : We're always battling on the field or the floor, but in this setting we take expert coaches who walk you through the fundamentals of shooting mechanics and dodging, and will build into advanced practices. You will not only learn how to shoot but how to score in game like situations developing speed, accuracy and deception.

The Goalies will be taught from the ground up working on proper warm-up, the importance of stance and positioning and will move into rebound control, communication and reading shooters.

The Competition: Once each shooter has maximized repetitions and the goalies are warmed up and ready to go we will move into live reps in a structured environment where the learning does not stop. Our drills have been designed specifically so that each Shooter and Goalie puts into action what they have just learned. The drills have been meticulously designed to create a controlled environment where players have to catch, shoot and react while giving the goalies a fair opportunity at making saves.
